Only self-motivated people work successfully from home, and answering this question for yourself is vital to your future success. On the other hand, do you have a tendency to work way too hard? Will you know when it’s time to stop and go spend time with your family and friends? Your eBay store never closes, but you have to be able to shut the door on your time there. TraderNick decided he had to have a storefront in addition to his eBay business for just this reason. He said it became obvious to him that he wasn’t being a good dad or husband, because he was so focused on his eBay business. Now he has a distinct time each day that work ends and family time begins. That’s not to say you have to go to the extrame of taking on a storefront in addition to your eBay business, but you do have to be able to close up shop for the day and get back to the rest of your life.
